Roof Inspections

"HEP was prompt in getting our job estimated and starting work. We had them replace a patio roof and perform some other minor repairs on the roof. They came out on Saturday, and Jason walked through everything, explaining the rationale behind his recommendations. They were exactly in line with existing recommendations from our home inspection, so I had confidence that he was giving his honest opinion and not just trying to upsell. Due to a clerical error, they removed our entire roof by accident, but replaced it at no cost. They immediately notified me when this happened and got it rectified right away. They were honest and transparent through the whole process. After the completion of the work, I notified them of a couple of punch list items and they knocked them out quickly without me having to pester or make a scene like you would with a less reputable contractor. This is the kind of contractor that you keep around. Reliable, easy to contact, responsive, and honest. I am a very independent DIYer, but if I can't do it, my first call will definitely be to HEP. . "Jason was very polite and honest. He was also patient because off the weather, he had to come back the second time to install the attic fan. Once again, just before he could get started, it started to rain. He said he would wait for at least 30 minutes in his van to see if the storm would pass over. The storm grew worse so he had to come back a third time. Not only did he get the job finished, but he also fixed a loose roof shingle. I'm thankful for his hard work ethics."

"I was lucky enough to work with Tiffany, Chase, Eric, Aavi and Glenn. I wa really impressed with the care and attention that was given to my issue. They answered all my questions thoroughly and their measurements matched mine, so I knew they weren't trying to sell me a bigger unit than I needed. They came when they said they would, they called when they were on their way, and kept me abreast of their progress. They checked in with me during the install and sent someone out the next day to inspect the work and make sure it was running well and that I was happy with the work. Additionally, the price they quoted me was much lower than another company that we had used earlier. The day after the install, Glenn came by and did a thorough QC inspection. He explained what he was looking for and showed me what he found so that I was in the loop. Every single person ive spoken with has been extremely punctual, kind, thorough, and patient in answering my million questions, for which I'm very grateful. A+ job; I'll be calling you guys next time I need an inspection or repair."
