"Jason was very polite and honest. He was also patient because off the weather, he had to come back the second time to install the attic fan. Once again, just before he could get started, it started to rain. He said he would wait for at least 30 minutes in his van to see if the storm would pass over. The storm grew worse so he had to come back a third time. Not only did he get the job finished, but he also fixed a loose roof shingle. I'm thankful for his hard work ethics."

They answered all my questions thoroughly and their measurements matched mine, so I knew they weren't trying to sell me a bigger unit than I needed. They came when they said they would, they called when they were on their way, and kept me abreast of their progress. They checked in with me during the install and sent someone out the next day to inspect the work and make sure it was running well and that I was happy with the work. Additionally, the price they quoted me was much lower than another company that we had used earlier. The day after the install, Glenn came by and did a thorough QC inspection. He explained what he was looking for and showed me what he found so that I was in the loop. Every single person ive spoken with has been extremely punctual, kind, thorough, and patient in answering my million questions, for which I'm very grateful.
