Drain Opening

"Had an emergency situation with a septic tank back up. Called Hep inc. JEREMY was sent out and arrived at approximately 9 pm to assist us. He assessed the problem and determined that he first wanted to check the flow into in the tank before he sent cameras through the pipes. After checking the tank he determined that there was a toilet paper clog where the pipe drained into the tank. He released the clog and stayed to determine that there was water draining properly into the tank from water flow inside the house. Everything was draining properly and we were able to avoid the expensive diagnostic process. When asked what we owed he stated that e was not charging us. Thank you Jeremy. You are amazing and we are so grateful oh we’re here to help us."
