"Cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff and especially Earnest. We had leaking water in the ceiling of our downstairs bathroom. Someone came out to give us a quote quickly. Earnest was very friendly and professional. He explained everything as he went, and made us feel like we were being well taken care of. We did have a few scheduling issues, but in the end Hep made it right and we are very happy with the service we received."
