"First visit: Joshua Sims might be.... no... he IS the best technician I've ever had in my house from any company. Josh was nice, thorough, and worked effectively and efficiently; no time wasted at all! If you go with HEP, ask for Josh Sims and I guarantee you won't be disappointed. 5 ⭐️'s + Second visit: Josh came back out... easy to work with... great technician! The only complaint that I have has nothing to do with Joshua Sims, but about the person who is supposed to contact the client about appointment times. I realize job times are unpredictable and can be long lasting, but if an appointment is between 8am - 1pm on said day and the technician can't make it bc he is still dealing with the first job, then who ever is doing the appointment data at the office should let the client know that the technician is running behind and not just leave the client wondering when someone might show up (showed up the next day). That's my only complaint is for HEP to keep the next person in line up-to-date with appointment times. They did make it right by taking $200 off the final bill at least. However, if they would have just kept me informed, then I wouldn't have wanted the $200 off. The work was outstanding though... Thanks HEP and Thanks Josh!"
