"Adam came today to install some new lighting in our kitchen. The previous owners decided to DIY a hideous LED light fixture that had been torturing us with strobe lighting for over a year. We got some new track lights at Lowe’s and called HEP they called us the next day and the day after Adam came out and installed the new fixtures in about two hours. He did a great job and even fixed the orientation of the light switches which are also DIY and backwards. Definitely will use HEP for all our electric needs in the future!"

The tech named Zach did a great job managing the run of line into the attic and down the wall and completed the job in a timely and neat fashion. "We recently had some issues with our upstairs HVAC unit and it was not heating. We called HEP and they came out diagnosed the problem. Let us know how much it was going to cost to fix, as we only had to pay for the labor since the parts were still under warranty, and it really did not take that long to get the parts in. In. Justin , one of the HEP technicians, just left my residence with everything fixed and working. I must say it was a delightful experience as he was so respectful my home and let me know everything that he was doing in good old plain English. HEP should be proud to have a technician like Justin. He was personable and professional. I would highly recommend HEP for any of your plumbing, electrical or HVAC needs."

"Corbin came to my house to provide an estimate for the replacement of my electric hot water heater. He called in advance and was here on time. Corbin is friendly, polite and very informative. I should say also that he is patient. Corbin answered all of my questions in detail. He educated me on the operation of the water heater including electrical, piping and water sediment.
