"Michael came out to give us a few quotes for a replacement roof. He listened and then provided fair quotes based on our needs. We would have selected HEP for our install (especially after the outstanding service from Michael) but we had to take advantage of a deal we couldn't refuse through a family member for a metal roof. Would definitely call on them again and specifically request Michael as our rep."

"Jason was very polite and honest. He was also patient because off the weather, he had to come back the second time to install the attic fan. Once again, just before he could get started, it started to rain. He said he would wait for at least 30 minutes in his van to see if the storm would pass over. The storm grew worse so he had to come back a third time. Not only did he get the job finished, but he also fixed a loose roof shingle. I'm thankful for his hard work ethics."

Richard just visited to do the preventive maintenance on our HVAC's. He was very thorough and didn't miss a thing. "The recent cold temperatures resulted in water problem issues. I got online looking for plumbers. I chose HEP because of their good reviews. The technicians arrived promptly and gave me an estimate quickly. I thought it was a very reasonable price. Colby Puckett and Chandler installed a new (PRV) pressure release valve. They had our water back on in less than an hour. I'm so thankful for the professional polite techs giving me my water back and I don't have to keep buying jugs of water anymore. HEP will be my go to company for any plumbing, electrical, roofing etc. issues in the future. It's nice to know that this company can repair so many different things. Thank you guys so much."
