Let us know how much it was going to cost to fix, as we only had to pay for the labor since the parts were still under warranty, and it really did not take that long to get the parts in. In. Justin , one of the HEP technicians, just left my residence with everything fixed and working. I must say it was a delightful experience as he was so respectful my home and let me know everything that he was doing in good old plain English. HEP should be proud to have a technician like Justin.
