"The tech was punctual and solved my problem. He was very step by step to solve my water heater problem. Took readings and took the time to dump the tank, replace heating rods, fill tank, waited for tank to heat up and then tested the water temperature(after setting to 119 degrees) at all outlets. When the water heater was first put in the water was boiling hot that came out. The installer never checked the hotness of water at any outlets. 5 STAR rating for REUBEN... hope everyone gets a tech that is concerned enough to go through a step by step approach to solve the problem.
