"1st time: I can't really speak to hep as a whole but Ryan the electrician that came out to help me with an electrical situation at my work was great. Excellent person with excellent service. Thanks Ryan. You are much appreciated. 2nd time: So I had to use Ryan again yesterday.... The guy is great to work with. He's a super nice guy, explained what my issue was and told me what he was going to do to fix it. Very helpful in helping me understand what issue I was having and what we needed to do to get it resolved. Thank you so much Ryan. You're awesome"

"Shaun came out quickly to our home greeted me in a positive mood very professional- he immediately went to work looking at our garage which is where we had issues; before even finding the problem he had stated what he thought the issue was with our electric ; a few minutes later that was confirmed to be correct! He explained everything each step of the way , he give different estimates for things they can repair in my home, and great financing options, very sociable man and it’s been a pleasure to have someone like that come in your home instead of someone who doesn’t want to speak nor take time to explain anything to you ! I will add the field Manager (?) I believe came by while Shaun was here and asked how he was performing his job and asked if I had questions as well- he was also one of the friendliest people! Can’t recommend enough! Ty gentlemen ; and your bosses need to promote you men or give you a bonus - y’all are the type employees that employers NEED TO APPRECIATE!!!!!"

"We’re in process of selling our current home and we got “dinged” on a minor electrical issue during the inspection. Called to try to get someone out, they got me on the schedule very quickly. Adam, the tech, showed up on time, and addressed the issue very quickly. he explained my options to me, before doing any work and provided me a cost. The cost came in under what I was expecting, which is always a good thing. Extremely polite and professional. We are moving to a new home in the area, and we definitely will be using this company for our maintenance needs in the future"
