"I thought it was going to be a routine dishwasher upgrade, however when I pulled the old unit out I discovered that the wiring had not been properly installed years ago and I was lucky that I didn't have a house fire. I called H.E.P. around 9:30am, and Josh Butler was dispatched to my home that afternoon. Josh listened to me describe my issue, and he quickly trouble shot the problem, and explained what was going on and how it needed to be fixed. Josh was respectful, friendly, and he made sure to clean up after himself making sure that my problem was fixed. "Josh Butler saved the day at my mom's home. Our house had issues with only the basement electric not working. We originally thought that it was a fuse but didn't have any replacements available. It did take them about 24 hours to get to my mom's house and address the call, which was my only complaint. The only reason for that is they only have the phone lines open 24/7, the electricians can only be out anywhere from 8AM-12AM M-F I believe. As for the job he was only here for about an hour, told us what the issues were and gave a solution to our problem. "Shaun came out quickly to our home greeted me in a positive mood very professional- he immediately went to work looking at our garage which is where we had issues; before even finding the problem he had stated what he thought the issue was with our electric ; a few minutes later that was confirmed to be correct! He explained everything each step of the way , he give different estimates for things they can repair in my home, and great financing options, very sociable man and it’s been a pleasure to have someone like that come in your home instead of someone who doesn’t want to speak nor take time to explain anything to you ! I will add the field Manager (?) I believe came by while Shaun was here and asked how he was performing his job and asked if I had questions as well- he was also one of the friendliest people!
